Greg Vincent, President of QTSWM, has been in the arboriculture industry for over 20 years. Greg graduated from Muskegon Community College with an ASA and is an ISA Certified Arborist. He also has certifications in the following areas: ISA Utility Specialist, TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional, TCIA EHAP and Commercial Pesticide Applicator – Category 5 & 6.

Kara Vincent

Executive Assistant to the President

Kara Vincent, Executive Assistant to the President at QTSWM, has been working in the arboriculture industry for over seven years. She has a strong background in logistics and customer service. Kara serves administratively in Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Accounts Receivable,  and Policies and Procedures Development.

Jacob Bills

Jacob Bills, Vice President of Operations for QTSWM, has worked in the arboriculture industry for over 14 years.  This is paired with 11 years of leadership, training, and development experience.  Jacob has earned certification in TCIA EHAP, Commercial Pesticide Applicator – Category 5 & 6, and is an ISA Certified Arborist.

Brent Krueger

General Foreman

Brent Krueger, General Foreman at QTSWM, has 14 years of experience in the field of arboriculture, and 12 years of leadership and production management experience in this industry. Brent holds certifications as follows: ISA Certified Arborist, TCIA EHAP and Commercial Pesticide Applicator – Category 5 & 6.

Lori Secord

Office Manager

Lori Secord, Officer Manager at QTSWM, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Ferris State University.  Lori has over 40 years of client service experience in various settings paired with a background in marketing and teaching.  She presently serves in Business Administration, Marketing, Driver Qualification and Human Resources.

Shop Manager

Aaron Vincent, Shop Manager at QTSWM, has 15 years of manufacturing experience and 7 years of experience in the arboriculture industry. His expertise encompasses various levels of operations, maintenance, and leadership. Aaron’s focus at QTSWM is on fleet management and service department processes and management.

Chloe Jacobs

Chloe Jacobs, Executive Assistant at QTSWM, received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Muskegon Community College. Chloe has four years of experience in Business Administration and is currently focusing on Human Resources and Billing.

professional. He carries certifications in TCIA EHAP and Commercial Pesticide Applicator - Category 6.
